Parq Vancouver resort’s restaurants will fuse Asian, Pacific Northwest flavoursJuly 17, 2017 2:17 pm
Parq Vancouver, the $640-million urban resort being built next to B.C. Place Stadium, will boast eight restaurants and lounges when it opens in the fall.
Paragon Development says each of its eight eateries will offer “a distinctive dining journey inspired by regional ingredients and multicultural influences.”
The resort, which will be the new home of the relocated 72,000-square foot Edgewater Casino, will feature two Mariott-branded hotels: A JW Marriott with 329 rooms and suites plus a uniquely designed Marriott Autograph collection hotel under the name Douglas with 188 rooms and suites.
The food and beverage program was conceived by Las Vegas-based restaurateurs Elizabeth Blau and Kim Canteenwalla.
