North Van’s landmark Grouse Mountain sold to investment firmJuly 19, 2017 10:24 am
An investment firm has finalized the purchase of North Vancouver’s landmark Grouse Mountain Resort.
In an announcement Tuesday, the ski hill’s new owners confirmed there will be no changes to staff or management.
“It’s business as usual,” said Kenny Zou, director of CM (Canada) Asset Management Co., Ltd, the Vancouver-based company behind the purchase.
“It’s mostly going to be driven by the management team, and we want to let them run this business. We want to be very clear: We are investors, and it’s the management team’s job to run it. They’ve done a fantastic job in the past, hence our confidence in them.”
