Commercial Real Estate: West Broadway properties becoming hot commodityFebruary 18, 2016 9:57 pm
It has long been just a place on West Broadway to order an Original Grand Slam.
But the Denny’s building built in 1970 at the corner of Birch St. had recently been the focus of hot commercial real estate speculation because it was thought it might change hands for an unheard-of amount for the area.
On Tuesday, a deal to sell the property for $26.2 million finalized.
That makes the 18,750-square-foot site over three lots worth $467 per buildable square foot.
