Commercial Real Estate: Re-invigorating industrial land in south VancouverApril 5, 2016 6:04 pm
VANCOUVER — A Vancouver developer is set to build what is being called the city’s first strata industrial business park in five years.
The three-building, multi-level project will replace an aging light-manufacturing building on a five-acre plot at 8811 Laurel St. in south Vancouver near SW Marine and Oak St.
By PC Urban, IntraUrban Business Park will be selling to businesses and investors a total of 55 small-bay strata properties.
The units in the first phase will range in size from 3,000 to 53,000 square feet, with a starting price of $300 per square foot. Construction on the first building is expected to begin in March, with substantial completion set for next January.
