We are Looking for a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser to Join our Kelowna Team

Here at NCA Commercial Inc., we currently have a rare opening in our Kelowna office for a professional commercial real estate appraiser (AACI) or a Candidate member of the AIC working towards their AACI designation.

Established in 2015, NCA Commercial Inc. is a growing independent commercial appraisal firm servicing the British Columbia Interior and Lower Mainland. We offer over 100 combined years of professional commercial real estate appraisal experience with an established client base in BC’s private and public sectors. NCA Commercial Inc. also provides extensive market resources, an in-house research analyst and administrative/marketing support staff.

Working alongside four accredited appraisers in our modern Kelowna offices, the successful applicant will thrive in a self-motivated environment that fosters flexibility and independence. The candidate must possess strong computer, written and verbal skills. The position is that of an independent contractor with a fee-split remuneration based on experience.
