NCA Commercial Inc. Welcomes Bryan Chambers

Today, NCA Commercial Inc. is pleased to announce that Mr. Bryan Chambers has joined our Kelowna team of commercial appraisers. Bryan’s certification includes Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) as well as Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA).

Bryan comes to NCA Commercial Inc. with 40 years of professional experience in the expert valuation of real estate including industrial, commercial, institutional, agricultural and residential properties. In addition to owning and operating A-1 Appraisals Ltd. in Kelowna for several years, Bryan was previously employed with the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation and Canada Trust. Bryan is also qualified as an Expert Witness with the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Federal Court of Canada and the Property Assessment Review Panel.
