Kelowna Approves $95 Million Capri-Landmark Urbanization Project

Council’s mandate to focus on higher density residential growth was recently put into action with the approval of an urban centre located among the Landmark Towers between Springfield and Harvey. The $95 million Capri-Landmark Urban Centre development will include transportation improvements, amenities, park upgrades and homes for 9,500 residents upon completion in 2040.
