Kelowna approves tallest building yet.

February 21, 2018: Kelowna city council approves a 33-storey waterfront hotel during special public hearing at city hall Tuesday night. The development was passed with a 5-2 in favour vote. The hotel will feature 174 rooms, 40 residences 289 underground parking stalls and a public restaurant on the 17th floor. Once complete, it will be the tallest building in the city.
